Job Title Responsable Budgétaire
Job Description: The main duties include:
  • Monitoring and controlling the delegated management market and the AOT-LOA lease: Verification of monthly invoices from the public-private partnership (PPP) before payment, Control of the conformity of the semi-annual invoices of the AOT-LOA contract before payment, Verification of the service made under Chorus, Filling out dashboards, Participation in monthly activity reports (RMA) with the Directorate and representatives of private partners.
  • Budget management of the establishment:
Elaboration of the budget for year N+1, Control and monitoring of expenses for the current year, Monitoring the compliance with the rules of application of public procurement, Participation in budget meetings, Preparation of the annual activity report, Team management: Animation of a team of two administrative assistants Coordination of the activity of the Economat and procurement service. Number of agents to be supervised: A B C x1 Without object Service composition and staff: 1 administrative secretary + 1 administrative assistant Your hierarchy: Financial Attaché and GD, Head of Establishment. Your business contacts: Various services of the establishment and the interregional directorate of penitentiary services of Bordeaux; PFI / DAEBC of Bordeaux; DGFIP 33; private partners: landlord, delegated managers, various suppliers.
