This individual will own high impact local sales partnerships as we seek to reach advertisers of all shapes and sizes and in all locations across the US. The ideal candidate understands the unique dynamics of working with local channel partners, enjoys solving complex problems, works effectively with cross-functional teams, and thrives in a fast-paced setting that is constantly evolving. The role requires subject matter expertise in channel partner management, local advertising ecosystems, and digital advertising solutions. This role will be expected to inspire, lead, think and act both strategically and tactically for our partners and customers, using strong business acumen and experience selling digital advertising solutions to help our partners grow and scale revenue. The ideal candidate has a strong track record of sales in a B2B and B2C environment and excels in developing and executing channel partner strategies, with particular emphasis on local market dynamics. They possess superior interpersonal skills and are able to earn trust with both partner teams and internal stakeholders.
Key job responsibilities
Own the quota of your assigned local reseller/channel partners, and manage these partners end to end
Conduct video and in-person meetings demonstrating subject matter expertise and a point of view on industry and/or specific advertising solutions, with deep knowledge of your customer’s vision and objectives
Determine the right goals, inform decisions, and help design scalable, long-term solutions that meet partners' needs and objectives
Utilize customer input to drive innovation, creating ease of execution for our partners by improving policies, processes and products
Identify mechanisms to evolve and simplify the team’s practices while ensuring customer short and long-term expectations are met
Work with marketing and product teams to develop local-specific strategies and respective narratives for local digital media advertising growth
Take ownership of the pre and post-sale process ensuring we exceed customer expectations and deliver results
Travel up to 50%
Basic Qualifications
3+ years of digital media ad sales experience
Experience in exceeding quota and key performance metrics
Experience developing detailed go to market plans
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working and communicating with multiple stakeholders, C-level executives and cross-functional teams
Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
Experience in video advertising (traditional TV, online video, and / or CTV)

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments, restricted stock units (RSUs), and sales incentives. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
