Dayton Freight Lines invites recently graduated or soon-to-be graduates to join its Management Trainee Program. This 24-week, hands-on experience lets Trainees participate in all areas of Dayton Freight's operations and gain knowledge of the company, culture, and Transportation Industry. Graduates will learn the LTL industry, gain experience in the operations, and develop leadership skills while rotating 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts and being open to relocation to any service center.
