About the role
- These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.
- Assemble piping, mechanical parts, and electrical components for PCA systems following engineering drawings, blueprints, and detailed instructions
- Perform brazing and plumbing tasks to connect HVAC systems and copper assemblies
- Set up and perform testing and troubleshooting of built PCA units
- Verify work quality and make corrections based on schematics and procedures
- Use basic hand tools, power tools, and test equipment as needed
- Maintain documentation and complete work order entries in systems like ProPlannerSupport process improvements and training of new team members
- 6 months or more of relevant experience OR high school diploma or equivalent education
- Capable of performing brazing tasks or willing to complete company-provided certification training
- Familiarity with basic measurement tools and safety procedures
- May require the ability to obtain forklift or overhead crane certification depending on assignment
- Able to read blue prints
- Experience w/brazing
- Must have hand tools and measing experience.
- HVAC Certification or prior experience with mechanical/electrical systems
- Experience with ProPlanner or other production tracking systems
- Associates Degree in Mechanics, Electro-Mechanics, or equivalent.
