A highly rewarding Vice President of Sales opportunity awaits you at Clearwater Living.The VP of Sales oversees and provides strategic sales and marketing insight and analysis to assigned communities and direct sales support to assigned focus communities.Clearwater Living associates enjoy great benefits:Highly competitive salariesExcellent benefits401(k) + generous company matchPaid Time Off and sick leaveExciting opportunities to growDynamic and fast paced environmentCulture of people first and service alwaysJoin us in our endeavor to create experiences that celebrate the relevance for our residents, their families, and our team.Responsibilities:Supports and drives community sales effortsProvide strategic sales and marketing insight and analysisProvide insight and analysis to assigned communitiesDirect sales coaching to assigned communitiesRecruiting, developing, and coaching Sales Directors for each communityInitiating development of short and long-term objectives and action steps to realize sales productivity and achieve targetsUtilize relevant data to assist communities in creating and implementing effective sales and marketing strategiesQualifications:College Degree preferred5+ years of multi site Sales and Marketing experience is required with proven track recordBackground clearances (as required by government regulations) are mandatoryMust complete a health screening and provide negative TB test resultsMust hold a valid state issued driver's license and valid insuranceMust be able to travel for community visits and meetings at Home Office or in other locationsMust have solid pc skills and be familiar with several Microsoft Office Suite software programs (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, Email, etc.)Must be familiar with CRM database for tracking customers and analyzing data
