Position: Project Manager
Location: Lake Forest, IL – Hybrid (Tuesday–Thursday in office)
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree required 5+ years of experience managing matrixed, cross-functional, or global projects/programs
  • Experience with business transformation, strategic initiatives, product launches, or similar programs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with English fluency
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including senior leadership, across a global environment
  • Familiarity with PMO methodologies, tools, processes, and reporting frameworks
  • Pharmaceutical industry and/or marketing experience is a plus
  • Project management certification is advantageous
Role Overview: This role will support the International Customer Excellence PMO team, working on global marketing strategies, business transformation initiatives, strategic programs, and product launches within a matrixed pharmaceutical environment. The position will involve coordinating cross-functional and international teams, supporting PMO processes and governance, tracking project performance and risks, preparing status reports and presentations, and facilitating meetings and workshops with stakeholders.
