About the role

E‐Space, based in Arlington, TX, is seeking an HR Operations role to manage benefits, payroll coordination, immigration, and compliance reporting. This exempt, full-time position sits in the Arlington office and supports the Head of People on benchmarking and process improvements. Sponsorship is not available for this role. You will collaborate with Finance, external counsel, and brokers to ensure accurate, timely HR data and policy adherence as the company scales.
