About the role
Driving and managing the successful execution of sales strategies, the full-time District Sales Manager will optimize sales effectiveness and engage the team to achieve profitable business results across Eastern North Carolina, with responsibilities including sales forecasting and customer engagement.
Key responsibilities
Manages a sales territory while developing direct reports in inside and outside sales
Forecasts and achieves budgeted sales targets, implementing customer retention programs to enhance sales performance
Conducts recruitment and training of sales associates, ensuring effective selling techniques are utilized
Required qualifications
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
10+ years of industry sales experience
5+ years of experience with the area customer base
Strong sales management background
Supervisory experience in a sales environment
