Coatings Inspector Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Inspectors for a leading complex assembly supplier located in Mankato, MN. Inspect coated boards and panels under a microscope for proper coverage Perform coating touch-ups using precision hand tools Use tools such as pliers, cutters, and small instruments during assembly Handle and position boards for detailed inspection processes Complete production and inspection documentation accurately Enter data into computer systems for tracking and reporting Follow supervisor instructions and support production operations Maintain compliance with quality standards and company procedures High school diploma or equivalent Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and instructions Ability to use basic computer systems for data entry Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team environment Ability to work under a microscope and remain seated for extended periods Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and meet physical job requirements with or without reasonable accommodations Enjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
