Location: Tampa, FL We’re hiring a Data Privacy & Compliance Analyst to join a top-ranked national law firm in Tampa, FL. Responsibilities will include: • Supporting the firm’s privacy and data protection initiatives• Conducting client risk assessments and data protection assessments• Supporting data loss prevention efforts• Conducting investigations and helping develop remediation plans• Monitoring internal processes involving personal and sensitive information• Assisting with privacy, compliance and emerging AI assessments• Creating procedures and documentation for compliance initiatives• Working with attorneys, clients and cross-functional teams The firm is open to candidates from law firms, banking, consulting and other highly regulated industries. Previous law firm experience is helpful but not required.
Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree• 2–4+ years of relevant compliance experience• Privacy or data protection experience• Client risk assessment experience• Data loss prevention experience• Strong communication, research and analytical skills Experience with GRC, AI privacy, iManage or certifications such as CIPP, CIPM or CCEP would be a plus.
