About the role

Overview: Candidate should have meaningful experience advising financial institutions, corporations, investment funds, and other sophisticated market participants on derivatives transactions and related regulatory matters. Advise clients on a broad range of derivatives and structured finance transactions, including swaps, options, forwards, futures, and other derivative products, as well as applicable derivatives regulations and compliance considerations. Draft, negotiate, and review ISDA Master Agreements, schedules, credit support documentation, confirmations, Master Repurchase Agreements, Master Securities Agreements, and Master Trading Agreements related to commodities. Eligibility for North Carolina Bar admission is preferred.
