About the role

American Commercial Barge Line is seeking a Northern Reliability Leader in Paducah, KY to lead vessel engineering, maintenance, and reliability initiatives for our northern operations. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on problem solving to improve fleet performance. You will mentor engineers, develop preventive maintenance programs, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with USCG and Subchapter M while traveling to other ACBL locations as needed.
