About the role
Key Responsibilities ● Recruit Registered Dietitians through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, Linked In, Indeed, and other platforms. ● Manage the recruitment process from sourcing through interview, offer, and onboarding. ● Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive RD candidates. ● Conduct phone and video screens and provide a positive candidate experience. ● Cold call and proactively reach candidates who may not be actively job searching. ● Develop creative and outside-the-box recruiting strategies for hard-to-fill positions. ● Understand job postings and identify the best platforms and strategies to maximize recruiting dollars. ● Track recruiting activity, candidate pipelines, and sourcing results. ● Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide market feedback. ● Use Workday and other recruiting tools to manage candidate activity and recruitment processes. What We're Looking For ● 2 years of hands-on recruiting experience. ● Strong sourcing and passive candidate recruiting skills. ● Comfortable with cold calling and high-volume candidate outreach. ● Experience with Linked In Recruiter, Indeed, Workday, or similar recruiting tools. ● Strong communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills. ● Creative problem solver who enjoys developing new recruiting strategies. ● Outgoing personality and confidence engaging candidates by phone. ● Ability to manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment. RD / Healthcare Experience Previous RD recruiting or healthcare recruiting experience is preferred but not required. A basic understanding of the Registered Dietitian profession is a plus. We are willing to train the right recruiter who is eager to learn.
