About the role

Tidewater Community College is hiring two part-time Academic Success Coaches at the Portsmouth campus to support student persistence and success. You will develop individualized academic plans, monitor progress, and collaborate with tutoring, advising, and faculty to assist at-risk students. The role emphasizes supporting low-income and adult learners, with regular workshops, Navigate CRM use, and data-informed interventions to improve retention and graduation outcomes.
