About the role
- Bachelor’s degree and 14+ years of experience in systems engineering, acquisition, program management, software integration, technology transition, or related DoD disciplines; or Master’s degree with 12+ years; or PhD with 10+ years.
- Experience supporting DoD acquisition programs, systems engineering efforts, or technology transition initiatives.
- Experience integrating software, data, or operational capabilities into existing systems or Programs of Record.
- Strong understanding of DoD acquisition processes, program management, systems engineering, and software development lifecycles.
- Experience using collaboration and requirements management tools including
- Jira , Confluence, and Microsoft Office products.
- Strong organizational, communication, risk management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Clearance Requirement:
- Must possess an in-scopeT5 background investigationadjudicated for SCI eligibility and enrolled in Continuous Vetting (if applicable).Must be willing to obtainSCI and/or SAP access .Must be willing to consent to a polygraph examination.
- Experience supporting
- Commercial Solutions Openings (CSO) , Other Transaction Authorities (OTA), rapid prototyping, Middle Tier Acquisition, or Software Acquisition Pathway programs.
- Experience transitioning commercial technologies from prototype or demonstration efforts into operational programs.
- Experience supporting National Security Space, Space Force, or Battle Management/Command & Control programs.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional integration efforts involving government, industry, engineering, cybersecurity, and operational stakeholders.
- Strong presentation and briefing skills supporting executive leadership and senior government decision makers.
