About the role
The Staff, Fund Administration position is an associate level position open to professionals looking to continue developing expertise in Fund Administration and accounting. Key Accountabilities
Core Activities:
- Prepare financial statements for funds serviced by Gryphon including Form N-PORT, semiannual and annual reports (Forms N-CSRs and N-CSR) and other regulatory filings per client need.
- Prepare and/or assist in fund audits.
- Prepare Trust quarterly board book reports associated with various Trusts.
- Prepare quarterly fund budgets/expense analysis and recommend accrual changes.
- Assist with client onboarding.
- Special projects as needed.

- Participate in regular one to ones and act on feedback to improve performance
- Identify at least one personal development priority each year
- Complete all mandatory trainings on time
- Support improvements arising from Employee Engagement feedback
- Knowledge & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field 1+ years’ experience in similar role (or fund accounting), with a focus on Regulated Investment Companies and/or alternative investments funds.
- Ability to work independently.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and able to interact with others at various levels
