About the role
Bill Review Analyst The Bill Review Analyst is responsible for reviewing, auditing and data-entry of bills for multiple states and lines of business. This is a remote role.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for auditing bills to ensure that they are appropriate and adhere to the State Fee Schedules, customer guidelines, and PPO discounts
May consult reference materials in the auditing process
Additional duties as assigned
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
Knowledge of billing guidelines and fee schedules
Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to customer service
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Ability to identify problems and find effective solutions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly developed organizational abilities as well as time management skills
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of data entry experience
