About the role

To advance research in Human-AI Interaction, the full-time Research Scientist will develop and lead a novel research agenda, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and communicate findings through various formats, with the option for remote work.
Key responsibilities: Develop and lead a research agenda addressing high-impact questions regarding Human-AI Interactions Collaborate with interdisciplinary colleagues and translate research findings into impactful applications Design and conduct mixed-methods studies involving human subjects to evaluate Human-AI Interactions
Required qualifications: PhD degree in Computer Science, Human-Centered Computing, Cognitive Science, or a related field 6 years post-PhD experience in research related to Human-Centered AI Strong track record of peer-reviewed publications in AI, ML, HCI, or social science research Proficiency in developing prototypes for exploring novel modes of Human-Computer Interaction Deep familiarity with academic literature and commercial innovations in AI and HCI
