Role Description:
The Vice President of Sales is a full-time role based in Crystal Lake, IL, responsible for leading and scaling the sales organization for Spartan Products. This role oversees sales strategy, revenue growth, and market expansion across adhesives and coatings markets.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated expertise in Sales and Sales Management, including leading teams and driving revenue growth. Strong skills in Account Management and Business Development, with experience building and maintaining strategic customer relationships. Proficiency in Sales Operations, including forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM utilization. Proven experience in industrial, chemical, or manufacturing sectors is highly beneficial. Inclusive leadership style, with a track record of coaching and developing diverse, high-performing teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with comfort interacting at executive and technical levels. Willingness to work on-site in Crystal Lake, IL and travel to customer locations as needed.
