About the role

Electrical/Mechanical Product Assembler Wires and assembles electrical/mechanical products according to written instructions, drawings, or diagrams.
Primary Responsibilities: Assembles electrical/mechanical products or sub-assemblies according to written instructions, or by following drawings or diagrams. Wires electrical and automation products, panels, cabinets and sub-assemblies according to written instructions, or by following drawings or diagrams. Operates hand tools, power tools and production equipment. Maintains the highest level of quality on all production output. Assists in monitoring inventory. Assists with quarterly and annual physical inventory counts. Responsible for working safely at all times and maintaining a safe work area. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent. Minimum one year experience in manufacturing environment.2-3 years' experience in wiring preferred. Technical competence. Basic ability to read design specifications, technical drawings and bill of to work evenings, weekends and holidays as necessary. Must be able to read design specifications, drawings, and/or wiring diagrams. Must be able to wire simple electrical/mechanical products according to be able to work over 40 hours a week as necessary.
