About the role
Leading a team of trainers, the full-time Senior Manager of GTM Training will oversee the design and delivery of onboarding and sales training programs in a remote environment, ensuring alignment with business priorities to enhance seller readiness and productivity.
Key responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of trainers while establishing consistent standards and best practices
Own the overall training strategy and roadmap, translating business priorities into scalable learning programs
Design and facilitate high-impact training programs and workshops, providing coaching to enhance performance across teams
Required qualifications
7+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, or Revenue Enablement
2+ years of experience leading enablement professionals
Demonstrated success in building and scaling sales training programs in a high-growth B2B SaaS or technology organization
Exceptional facilitation skills with experience in delivering executive-level training
Strong knowledge of sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Sandler, or Challenger
