Unfortunately, we are not able to sponsor visas or employ corp-to-corpBusiness Development Manager - Energy Efficiency Program Support ManagerLocation: Hybrid – Newark, NJ - 1 day per weekSupporting Clients in Central and South New Jersey12 Month ContractPay Rate: $60-$65/hr w2Mileage ReimbursementJob SummaryOversee the performance of vendor(s), both office and field, that have been contracted to deliver program servicesEnsure vendor and employee compliance with safety protocols and practicesLead and participate in cross-functional teams, including other RES members, Customer Care, Contracting, Procurement, Legal, Marketing, IT etc, as required to deliver program servicesEnhance program delivery/customer experience and resolve business/customer issuesDevelop and maintain the processes for implementing energy efficiency projects and programs in accordance with requirements for BPU approved programsProvide oversight for business controls, process improvement and complianceEnsure accurate invoice processingIdentify and implement process improvements and automate where possibleMonitor program Key Performance Indicators to ensure program delivery meets business plan expectationsPrepare and present program and project status reports to senior managementAssist with special projects as necessaryThis leader must foster an inclusive work environment and respect all aspects of diversity. Must demonstrate and value differences in others' strengths, perspectives, approaches, and personal choicesDuring storm restoration efforts, may be required to perform functions outside of routine duties and on a schedule that may be different from normal operationJob ResponsibilitiesOversee the performance of vendor(s), both office and field, that have been contracted to deliver program services; manage employee performance; ensure safety protocols and practices are followed.Lead and participate in cross-functional teams, including other RES members, Customer Care, Contracting, Procurement, Legal, Marketing, IT etc, as required to deliver program services, enhance program delivery/customer experience and resolve business issues.Develop and maintain program processes. Provide oversight for business controls, process improvement and compliance. Ensure accurate invoice processing. Identify and implement process improvements and automate where possible.Monitor program Key Performance Indicators to ensure program delivery meets business plan expectations and regulatory requirements; Prepare and present program and project status reports to senior management.Required:B.S. Degree in Management, Engineering, Business, Finance or other relevant field or equivalent work experience plus 7 years of experience in the space of energy efficiency programs, construction, or related fields.
