-4 years of experience in GIS, cartography, CADD, or a related field.-4 years of experience developing user interfaces, menus, and macro-level commands in addition to performing complex spatial analyses and producing reports according to customer specifications.• ArcGIS Online (AGOL) and Portal Experience• Builder Skill• Dashboard Skill-4 years of experience assisting in the development of GIS that create, maintain, or leverage geospatial basemap information.• Create Basemaps• Create Tile Cache• Imagery analysis-4 years of Advanced skills in SQL with writing database scripts, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and SSIS packages as well as maintain spatial databases and document procedures, validate data, update and mantain metadata for new and existing items-4 years of Advanced skills in unit testing, system testing, regression testing, and automated testing to ensure product quality meet client expectation-2 years of Experience in C#.NET, VB.NET, ASP.NET, XML, AJAX, HTML, CSS, Java Script, Transact SQL(T-SQL), Typescript, Experience in Power Apps- Knowledge of ADA Compliance (1+ years of experience)- Bachelor's degree required. Foreign degrees will be accepted if evaluated as equivalent to a U.S. bachelor's degree.
