About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Legal Assistant to join our team. This role provides essential support to attorneys and legal staff, with opportunities to utilize both administrative and legal skills.
Responsibilities: Providing administrative support to attorneys and legal staff. Answering phones, greeting clients, and directing inquiries. Scheduling appointments and managing calendars. Preparing and organizing legal documents and files. Drafting and proofreading correspondence and legal documents. Conducting legal research. Assisting with case preparation. Communicating with clients and witnesses. Managing office workflow and tasks. Skills/Qualifications Previous front desk or reception experience. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks. Attention to detail and accuracy. Reliable and punctual. Schedule 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pay $20.00/hr (for previous front desk or reception experience) $24.00/hr (for previous paralegal experience) If you are a detail-oriented and organized individual with a background in front desk/reception or paralegal work, we encourage you to apply.
