About the role

Order Management & Bid Coordinator Client of Express Employment Professionals is hiring an Order Management & Bid Coordinator. This position is responsible for managing software quotes, orders, renewals, and customer communications, while assisting with bids, RFQs, and RFPs. No SolidWorks experience is required. Training will be provided.
Responsibilities: Process quotes, orders, renewals, licenses, and subscriptions. Create and maintain accurate quotes in CRM systems. Review orders for accuracy and manage submissions through vendor portals. Track renewals and follow up on outstanding orders. Assist with preparing and submitting bids, RFQs, and RFPs. Research products, pricing, and specifications. Maintain organized records and documentation. Provide professional customer service via phone and email. Resolve customer and vendor inquiries in a timely manner.
Qualifications: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Strong computer and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Customer-focused with a proactive attitude. Reliable, accountable, and able to work independently. Preferred Experience Order processing, purchasing, sales support, or administrative coordination. Bid, RFQ, or RFP administration. Experience with detailed documentation and data entry.
