About the role

Well established and extremely successful mid-size Wealth Management firm located on Manhattan's East Side, is seeking a professional, communicative and confident Executive Assistant to support a small team in their Human Resources area Manage complex calendars, process expenses, prepare and review contracts, schedule meetings, and prepare correspondence and documents. Deal with clients and outside vendors, handle on/off boarding of new hires. Collaborate with executiv.es and other departments. Maintain highly privileged and confidential information, files and records, both electronical and physical records. Bachelors' degree required with 3+ years of stable, consistent administrative experience out of a fast paced, financial services company. Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, Teams, Zoom, Concur, Share Point, Salesforce, required. Base salary up to 130K plus paid overtime, generous bonus and comprehensive benefits and perks.
