What You Will Be Doing: Help build and operationalize governance, operating models, and execution frameworks for a newly established technology change and investment portfolio function. Develop and maintain an integrated change radar across technology initiatives, including near-term and long-term change, resiliency activities, data migrations, and other major technology schedules. Bring multiple schedules and sources of information together to create a consolidated view of technology change. Apply a risk and governance lens to planned technology activities to identify potential conflicts, dependencies, and areas requiring attention. Evaluate how simultaneous technology activities may interact. For example, identify situations where application changes or deployments could conflict with a planned resiliency test or data center migration. Establish repeatable processes and operating routines that allow the function to move from initial development into sustainable ongoing operations. Leverage knowledge of technology change management frameworks to inform governance and risk decisions without serving as the individual responsible for executing Change Management activities. Analyze portfolio and technology data to develop actionable insights and support leadership decision-making. Create executive-level presentations, reporting, and decision-support materials that translate complex information into clear leadership insights. Partner across technology and business functions to establish governance, influence stakeholders, and drive execution. Use generative AI tools, including Copilot, Cowork, and similar capabilities, to support analysis, prompting, workflow development, process design, and business outcomes. Support broader technology strategy, portfolio governance, organizational effectiveness, and solution delivery activities as the function evolves.
Required Skills & Experience: Experience building and operationalizing governance frameworks, operating models, or execution frameworks within large, complex organizations. Strong experience with technology governance, portfolio management, strategy execution, or technology project/program environments. Demonstrated ability to establish repeatable processes and manage ongoing operations in rapidly evolving or ambiguous environments. Working knowledge of technology change management frameworks, including how technology changes, deployments, and other major initiatives are governed. Strong understanding of risk management and the ability to use data and portfolio information to identify technology-related risks and dependencies. Experience performing complex data analysis and translating information into business or technology insights. Strong executive communication and reporting capabilities with experience preparing high-level leadership presentations and decision-support materials. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Hands-on familiarity with generative AI, particularly prompting and using tools such as Copilot to accelerate analysis, workflow development, and process design. Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, influence stakeholders across functions, and deliver with minimal oversight. Strong skills with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and Power Point

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
