Your Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with curriculum standards. Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment. Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and classroom activities. Adapt teaching methods to meet different learning needs. Maintain effective classroom management. Communicate with students, parents, and school teams. Maintain student records, attendance, and academic documentation. Participate in school meetings and professional development activities.

Your Profile: Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field. Valid teaching license or eligibility to obtain certification in the applicable state. Previous classroom teaching experience preferred. Strong communication and classroom management skills. Ability to work with diverse student populations. Familiarity with digital learning tools and educational technology. Authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience teaching Elementary, Middle School, or High School students. Special Education, STEM, ESL, or subject-specific teaching experience. Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
