About the role
Estimator We’re hiring a Senior Estimator for a general contractor. You’ll support multiple pre-construction efforts and lead estimates for assigned bids.
Location:
Nashville, TNWhat you’ll do Prepare estimates from early design through construction documents. Review plans and specifications, develop subcontractor scopes, and compare bids for gaps and exclusions. Track changes in cost, assess project risks, and identify value engineering opportunities. Work with project teams and subcontractors to build accurate budgets and proposals.
What we’re looking for:
3–10 years of estimating experience with a general contractor. A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience. Strong Excel skills and experience with estimating and plan review tools such as OST and Bluebeam. An understanding of construction documents, schedules, procurement, and subcontractor pricing.
