In this role, you won't just process orders—you’ll serve as the operational backbone of the revenue team, bridging the gap between Sales Account Executives, Technical Engineers, Channel Partners, and Clients.
Position Details: 📍 Location: Goleta, CA (On-site)
💼 Type: Full-Time, Contract-to-Hire⏰ Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (First Shift)
💰 Pay Rate:
$19.00 – $25.00 / hour🎓 Requirements: High School Diploma + 1 year of Sales/Customer Support experience
What You’ll Do:
Pipeline Momentum: Build accurate solution quotes, navigate technical specs, and keep order fulfillment running smoothly.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the main liaison connecting external customers with internal teams (Manufacturing, Business Development, Export, and Finance).Order Management: Handle order processing, requirement coordination, and real-time status updates under the guidance of the Sales Support Manager.
