Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Suwanee, GA. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse logistics, overseeing inventory management, and coordinating shipping and receiving activities. Responsibilities: Coordinate and oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management and order fulfillment. Manage shipping and receiving activities, ensuring timely and accurate processing of goods. Develop and implement efficient logistics strategies to optimize warehouse space and workflow. Collaborate with team members to maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with regulations. Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy. Communicate with suppliers and customers to resolve any logistics-related issues. Utilize warehouse management software to track shipments and manage inventory data. Assist in training new staff on warehouse procedures and best practices.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in logistics or supply chain management preferred. Proven experience in warehouse operations or logistics coordination. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to lift heavy objects and operate warehouse equipment safely. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.
