Showroom Sales Associate If you have a passion for design, sales, and creating an exceptional customer experience, this could be a great opportunity to explore. We are partnering with a well-established, family-owned distributor in the kitchen & bath industry that has been in business for decades. They're looking for a Showroom Sales Associate to join their beautiful showroom and work with homeowners, designers and contractors. This is a relationship-driven role where you'll help customers bring their vision to life — from the initial conversation through project follow-up — while building long-term client relationships and driving showroom sales. A few highlights:$50K–$60K base salary DOE + full benefits & 401(k)Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PMFamily-owned company The ideal candidate will have:2+ years of sales experience Strong communication and relationship-building skillsA customer-first mindset Ideally, exposure to luxury, interior design, construction, or kitchen & bath You don't necessarily need to come from the kitchen & bath industry — product training is provided.
