About the Company:
Our client is a growing team seeking a highly energetic, motivated, and self-driven Sales/BDR professional to join the team. This is an in-person role for someone who enjoys sales, loves talking to people, is comfortable picking up the phone, and is motivated by building relationships and generating new business.
Responsibilities:
Identify and research prospective clients and decision-makers.
Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Connect with HR leaders, executives, business owners, and decision-makers.
Qualify prospects and understand their business needs.
Schedule qualified meetings and demos.
Consistently follow up and move prospects through the sales pipeline.
Maintain accurate activity and pipeline information in the CRM.Build strong relationships with prospects and clients.
Work closely with leadership and recruiting/technology teams to develop opportunities.
Attend networking events and participate in business development activities.
Take ownership of your pipeline and consistently work toward activity and revenue goals.
