About the role
Are you an experienced Manual Screw Machine Machinist who takes pride in building a part from print to completion? We're looking for a skilled machinist with experience setting up and operating Brown & Sharpe or Davenport multi-spindle screw machines. Experience with ServoCAM or similar CAM-controlled systems is a strong plus. What You'll Do:
Complete machine setups from blueprints Set up and operate Brown & Sharpe or Davenport screw machines Read and interpret engineering drawings Sharpen and maintain your own tooling Program or adjust ServoCAM or similar CAM-controlled systems as needed Perform inspections using precision measuring equipment Make machine adjustments to maintain quality and production Troubleshoot machining and tooling issues What We're Looking ForExperience setting up Brown & Sharpe or Davenport manual screw machines Ability to produce parts directly from blueprints Experience with ServoCAM or similar CAM-controlled screw machine systems preferred Strong blueprint reading and precision measurement skills Experience sharpening tooling Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Commitment to producing high-quality precision components If you're a skilled screw machine machinist looking for a long-term opportunity with competitive pay and a strong manufacturing team, we'd like to hear from you.
