About the role

Novo Manufacturing Llc in Ohio is seeking a Machine Setup & Operator I to efficiently set up and operate woodworking equipment. You will take ownership of quality and quantity, read work orders, and ensure conformance to specifications, measurements, and safety standards. The role requires hands-on execution, accuracy in measurement, and the ability to report production activity while supporting continual process improvements. Shift is Monday–Friday 6:30am–3pm; compensation is $18–$20 per hour.
