About the role

The Little Gym of Northern Virginia in Arlington/Falls Church is seeking a Gym Director to oversee the location's overall performance in a full-time capacity. You will report to the General Manager and lead a team to deliver a high-quality customer experience. You will recruit and train staff, manage daily operations, and drive enrollment while keeping a safe, fun environment for children.
