Role Description: This is a full-time on-site position located in Milwaukee, WI for the role of Co-Founder. The Co-Founder will work in close collaboration with other team members to guide the overall vision and strategic direction of the company. Day-to-day tasks will include developing business strategies, overseeing the implementation of sales and marketing plans, conducting market research, and fostering partnerships. The role also involves ensuring seamless communication across teams and stakeholders, driving operational efficiency, and identifying growth opportunities.
Qualifications: Strong Analytical and Research skills to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in Communication to engage effectively with stakeholders, teams, and partners. Experience in Sales and Marketing to drive revenue growth and expand business presence. Strategic mindset and ability to deliver innovative solutions for business challenges. Ability to work collaboratively and thrive in a leadership capacity within a startup environment. Proven experience in business development or startup environments is a plus.
