About the Job: As a Brand Marketing Representative at Luxuriate Management, you will work directly with customers and clients to create strong brand experiences, build lasting relationships, and support customer acquisition through personalized, face-to-face engagement. Key Responsibilities: Engage with customers daily through face-to-face communication and personalized brand experiences. Promote partner brands, increase brand awareness, and educate customers on products and services. Support customer acquisition by identifying needs, presenting solutions, and closing sales. Maintain relationships with new customers and assist with account management. Collaborate with the team to achieve campaign goals and performance targets. Participate in ongoing mentorship, training, and leadership development.

Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required. Experience in sales, marketing, customer service, hospitality, or retail is preferred but not required. Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Comfortable working directly with customers in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn. Goal-driven, dependable, and adaptable. Leadership potential and a desire for professional growth and advancement. Ability to take feedback, apply coaching, and contribute to a strong team culture.
