About the Role: The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Out of Home (OOH) with a strong background in media planning and buying. The ideal candidate will have over 13 years of experience in a media agency, client, or leading OOH with a strategic focus on OOH. A key requirement is a proven track record of at least 5 years in leading and developing high-performing teams. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, always looking for innovative solutions, and be willing to take calculated risks to challenge the status quo. Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are essential, as is the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively to various audiences. Responsibilities for this role include fostering a deep understanding of the forecasting process, guiding accounts to profitability, and identifying new opportunities to leverage OOH in a unique manner. The Executive Director will be expected to define the scope of work, exhibit strong communication and deck-building skills, and be capable of presenting complex strategic approaches to executive-level clients. Collaboration with clients, marketing partners, and strategy teams is crucial to understand business and marketing objectives and develop OOH approaches that meet those objectives. The role also involves evaluating vendors across the OOH ecosystem and requires strong negotiation skills.
