About the role
We're partnering with an established organization seeking a Salesforce Developer to support, enhance, and expand an existing Salesforce environment used by approximately 80 users. This is a fully remote opportunity for someone who enjoys improving existing systems, building new functionality, and collaborating closely with stakeholders to drive business impact.
What You'll Do:
Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize an existing Salesforce environment. Design and develop new features using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, APIs, and custom objects. Enhance and support user portals, including Experience Cloud environments. Partner with end users and technical teams to gather requirements and implement solutions. Improve reporting, data management processes, and system automations. Conduct testing, debugging, documentation, and code reviews. Recommend platform enhancements and best practices based on Salesforce releases.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience developing and supporting Salesforce applications. Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce best practices. Prior programming experience with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. SQL experience preferred. Experience with Salesforce integrations, data management, and Experience Cloud is a plus. Salesforce Platform Developer I certification preferred. Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with users and stakeholders. If you're a Salesforce professional who enjoys building solutions, improving processes, and delivering impactful platform enhancements, we'd love to connect.
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
