Job Description: $19–$25/hr base pay + tips + performance bonuses. Top earners clear $28–32/hr effective. We're Kana'i's Roll Off — a locally owned, island-born junk removal and dumpster rental company growing fast across Oahu. We're not a franchise. We're not a call center in the mainland routing jobs to island crews. We're a real Hawaii company built by people who live here, and we take care of the people who work here. We're hiring Junk Removal Specialists to join our field crews immediately. You'll start as aNavigator— the second person on the truck, learning the ropes alongside an experienced Team Lead — and advance to Team Lead on your own timeline based on your performance, not seniority.

What You'll Do:

Meet customers on-site, assess jobs, and present pricing with confidence
Safely remove furniture, appliances, construction debris, and household items
Sort materials for recycling, donation, and disposal — we take the environment seriously
Build customer relationships and collect Google reviews
Support yard signs, door hangers, and before/after photo documentation
What You'll Earn

Base pay: $19–$25/hrdepending on role and experience

Tips: Customers tip regularly — great service adds real money to your day Performance bonuses: The more efficiently your crew works and the more revenue you generate, the more you earn Top performers earn $28–32+/hr effective rate Advancement: Navigators who master the job move to Team Lead — higher base, higher bonus potential, your own crew

Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly throughout the day
Strong communication — you'll be in front of customers daily
Reliable and on time — this is a crew-dependent operation
Smartphone for job tracking and photos
Preferred (not required):Experience in moving, landscaping, construction, or customer service
Familiarity with Oahu roads and neighborhoods
