About the role

Help us light up the moments people remember. Xperience Entertainment has been producing events across the Phoenix area since 2006. We offer DJ services, lighting, videography, photo booths, and equipment rentals for weddings, corporate events, mitzvahs, and school events. We're growing, and we're adding a lighting tech to our crew.
What you'll do: Load in, set up, and break down lighting and event production equipment Run lighting at events Work alongside our DJs, videographers, and photo booth team to keep every event running smoothly Troubleshoot on the fly and help keep gear organized and in working order Represent the Xperience brand with clients and guests
What we're looking for: A passion for live events and the energy that comes with them High School Diploma or GED required Must pass a background check A quick learner who's eager to pick up new gear and skills (we'll train the right person) Availability Thursday through Saturday Comfortable lifting and transporting equipment Reliable transportation Professional, friendly, and calm under pressure Someone who takes pride in the details
Nice to have: AV experience (sound, lighting, video, or live event production). It's a plus, but not required. Details Event-based schedule, Thursday through Saturday
