Title: Vice President, Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE)
Location: Hybrid; Metro DC Area Clearance: Must have an active Top-Secret or DHS Public Trust Clearance
Employment Type: Full-Time Overview of Role: The Vice President of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement will lead the full service delivery lifecycle across DHS ICE, promoting the continuous improvement of productivity, service quality and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for generating new business, defining service strategy, measuring and reporting on success, and continual delivery improvements. This is a hands-on delivery and management role with expected utilization targeting 75% of billable time per month as a Technical IT Project Manager and Innovation leader.
Your Future Duties and Responsibilities: Delivering services that achieve high levels of customer satisfaction across all contracts and task orders. Ensure account health by selecting and mentoring high-caliber Account Owners, setting expectations and monitoring performance monthly Building strong customer relationships, trust and rapport, and driving demand for new services while protecting/maintaining existing revenue streams New business lead generation, capture and proposal development Identifying and validating new contract opportunities Lead IT projects through the full project lifecycle, developing project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource plans. Apply Agile and Hybrid project management methodologies to meet customer and mission objectives. Partner with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and technical teams to prioritize work and manage Jira activities. Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests. Provide executive briefings and presentations to Government leadership and C-suite stakeholders. Support projects involving SaaS and PaaS platforms and enterprise cloud technologies. Ensure compliance with ICE governance processes, SDLC, ITSM, SLM, ATT, ATO
Qualifications: Must have an active Top Secret or DHS clearance Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.10+ years’ experience, minimum 5 years managing Federal IT projects. Experience leading Agile and Hybrid technology projects. Expertise with one of the following technologies: Palantir, Service Now, Microsoft Power Apps, data warehouses, and data analytics tools. Experience presenting to executive leadership and C-suite stakeholders.
