They focus purely on commercial interior construction and have been recognised as one of the Best Places to Work for six consecutive years.About the RoleAs Superintendent you will be the primary point of contact on the jobsite - the central link between the client, building management, project teams, and subcontractors. You will direct all field operations from start through final punch list, maintain the construction schedule, uphold the highest standards of workmanship, and represent the company professionally at every stage.ResponsibilitiesEstablish and maintain the construction schedule, identifying and resolving issues proactivelyDirect all field personnel and subcontractor activities through to punch list completionOrder materials and coordinate all necessary inspectionsPromote jobsite safety and ensure compliance with company safety policyMaintain professional relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and colleaguesCommunicate project progress clearly to clients and internal leadershipRequirements8+ years of Class A TI superintendent experienceProcore and Bluebeam proficiencyStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Project, Excel, and OutlookExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organisational skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approachProfessional presentation and conduct as a representative of the companyValid driver's licence requiredCompensation and BenefitsBase salary: $140,000 - $165,000 depending on experienceESOP - 100% employee ownedUnlimited PTOComprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage including HSA with company deductible contributions401(k) with matchingGym reimbursementLife insurance, FSA, and a range of voluntary benefitsHow to ApplyThis search is being managed by Appleton Finn.
