About the role

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Associate Director, Digital Product Management will embed with high-priority product teams to accelerate the adoption of the Digital Product Operating Model, coach Digital Product Managers, and drive product strategy and outcomes. Key responsibilities: Embed with complex products to enhance product management practices and accelerate DPOM adoption Coach Digital Product Managers and cross-functional teams on advanced product management skills and practices Connect enterprise strategy to product strategy, guiding teams in framing user and business problems and making evidence-based product decisions Required qualifications: Doctorate degree and 3 years, Master's degree and 5 years, Bachelor's degree and 7 years, Associate's degree and 12 years, or High school diploma/GED and 14 years of relevant experience in Digital Product Management or related fields 7+ years of progressive experience in digital product management, including product strategy and outcome measurement Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor product managers and cross-functional team members Experience leading complex, interdependent, high-priority products or initiatives Strong judgment in ambiguous environments, with the ability to frame complex problems and make trade-off recommendations
