Job Description:
We are looking for Production Workers/Saturator Operators in Tacoma! In this position, you will be part of the production team that produces construction and building materials. This involves hand manipulating pre-production materials and preparing them for final production as well as running a saturator. This is a Contract-to-Hire position.
Compensation: $20/hr
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7am-3pm
Location: Tacoma, WA
Responsibilities:
Work in pairs to prepare materials, ensuring proper count and fitment Inspect for defects as the product is prepped and manufactured Use a cart to bring the product to the appropriate department Hand load prepped product and offload finished materials Other duties as assigned Operate a Saturator
Requirements:
Be able to pass a background check Be able to commute to and from work on time consistently 1 year of production experience preferred Be able to lift up to 30 lbs consistently Stand for 8 hours and routinely bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods Forklift experience Machine Operator experience
