About the role
Criterion is seeking a copy chief reporting to the managing editor and working with the editorial production manager to oversee day-to-day copyediting, proofreading, and fact-checking for Criterion home-video editions, essays, and related materials. You will supervise a copy desk of staff and freelancers and maintain the house style.
The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of experience managing a copy desk, strong copyediting and fact-checking skills, and solid knowledge of the Chicago Manual of
