Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Dismantle, move, assemble, install, and repair industrial machinery and equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, drawings, and verbal instructions Disassemble equipment and machinery using appropriate hand and power tools Move and position machinery using hoists, dollies, rollers, trucks, and other material-handling equipment Assemble and install equipment such as conveyors and tram rails Construct foundations, align machinery, and perform scheduled inspections and maintenance Set up and operate machine tools and fabrication machinery to rework existing parts or manufacture new parts Perform root cause analysis to support equipment reliability and corrective action processes Collaborate with vendors, Engineering, team leaders, customers, other trades, and management to resolve equipment and tooling issues Rework, repair, and maintain tools made from various materials Repair and build lay-up tools Perform routine minor machine maintenance, including replacing filters, changing standard machine lights, and maintaining lubrication and coolant levels Maintain, repair, and calibrate precision jigs, molds, and fixtures used in aerospace manufacturing Follow station safety, quality, clean-as-you-go, Foreign Object Debris (FOD), and OSHA requirements Maintain confidentiality and communicate technical or complex issues effectively
Required Qualifications:
