About the role

Morgan Stanley is seeking an Executive Director to lead the Market Risk Management XVA coverage in the US. The role combines senior risk governance with hands-on oversight of CVA, FVA and related valuation adjustments, while directing a team across NY and Budapest. You will partner with Front Office and control functions to set risk direction, approve large trades, and shape the XVA framework, ensuring disciplined risk management and alignment with firm-wide strategy.
