Rehabilitation Program Manager Salary: $104,00 - $135,200 Full/Part Time Sign-on Bonus Available!
Rehabilitation Program Manager Benefits: Medical insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance 401K PTO Package Referral Bonuses Relocation Reimbursement Management Training Program Rehabilitation Program Manager essential duties and responsibilities: Maintain established standards for quality and principles of patient care. Supervises the scheduling of residents for therapy services. Manages therapy programs provided by Physical, Occupational, and Speech-Language Pathology. Responsible for clinical performance for the rehabilitation department. Responsible for the financial performance of the rehabilitation department. Maintains confidentiality of patient records. Completes required forms and documents in accordance with company policy and state and/or federal regulations. Rehabilitation Program Manager Entry Qualifications and Skills: Degree from an accredited school in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology. Current valid state licensure as a PT, OT, or SLP where applicable. Three to Five years (3-5) clinical experience preferred.
